We will talk to you about what services we offer, how much they cost, and how they can help you to reach the goals identified in your NDIS plan.

If we can’t provide what you want, we will advise you of this at the time of request. This may be because we do not provide what you are asking for.

Once we have worked out what services you want and that we can provide them, we will give you a quote – a document that explains the supports and costs for NDIS to fund you.

If you are happy with the quote, we will develop a service agreement. The service agreement will outline the services and supports you will receive, how much they will cost, your starting date and anything that needs to be arranged before your service starts. This could include things like a support profile, medical support plan, behaviour plan, and specific staff training.

We will document evidence on how we are supporting you to reach your goals.
